Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

  2. Shipping Method: We ship orders via our delivery partners. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process.

  4. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping as of now. 

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical mailing address for delivery.

  6. Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at tanzcrafts@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Returns: Due to the nature of our handmade paper products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items upon inspection and approval by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 days.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund. If found positive, the return will be processed in 3-5 days.

  4. Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
