Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items upon inspection and approval by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund. If found positive, the return will be processed in 3-5 days.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
